SAINT THERESE SCHOOL TUITION
The Pastor, Principal, and members of a Financial Advisory Team determine school tuition amounts. The fee schedule is given to each family prior to the end of the school year. Families are required to re-register at this time and pay a nonrefundable re-registration fee that is applied to the tuition for the following year if paid by a set date.
FACTS Tuition Management facilitates the tuition process at Saint Therese School. They offer a choice of payment options and plans and provide registered users with Internet access to their account data. Families may set up their FACTS account here.
All parishioners fill out a Pastor Verification Form and submits to their Parish Pastor for signature. If approved by the pastor, the subsidized tuition rates are charged.

Scholarship monies are available for eligible families. An independent evaluator, FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment, assesses the applications. This one application is used for Scholastic Opportunity Scholarships (SOS), Bishop's Education Fund (BEF), and the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit Program (OSTC). The OSTC is for students who live within the attendance boundaries of a low-achieving school.
An overview of the process, as well as a link to the application can be found at: https://diopitt.org/affordable. Families are strongly encouraged to apply online, however a limited number of paper applications are available in the school office. Tuition amounts will be sent directly from the school office to FACTS. Families are notified of financial assistance prior to the start of school by the Diocesan Office of Catholic Schools.
